QInsights New Release
Update to version 1.2
Dear
Whether you're currently using QInsights, have explored it in the past, or we've connected during a demo, I’m excited to share that we have released QInsights version 1.2, packed with the following enhancements:
Increased Processing Capacity
We have significantly increased QInsights' data processing capacity. This means faster analysis and much better support for larger datasets.
A quick note on speed: You may have noticed that analysis in QInsights takes longer than asking a chatbot a quick question. That’s intentional. QInsights ensures that your results are reliable, free from hallucinations, and always linked to original source files through clear references. This level of quality takes time.
To keep things transparent, QInsights will now notify you when a task might take longer—especially when analyzing large amounts of data—so you know exactly what to expect.
Enhanced Overall Performance and Quality of Results
We have upgraded our reference modules to make it easier for you to validate the answers provided by the AI assistant. However, the AI assistant occasionally has a mind of its own.
If you don’t see a reference when you expect one—especially if it is mentioned in the text—treat the AI assistant like a human assistant who may have missed something. This doesn’t happen often, but if it does, simply ask a follow-up question about that specific respondent, case, or document, referring to what was mentioned in the answer.
I share this because I often see people hesitate to adopt new technology due to misunderstandings or overly high expectations—that everything will be fully automated, delivering perfect results without any effort or critical thinking from us. My advice: take the time to understand and adapt to the quirks of generative AI. The benefits are worth it.
If the answer you receive is not what you expected, the issue may be with how the question was phrased. To help with this, we’ve made some backend improvements to enhance the AI’s performance and responsiveness—and to make it easier for you. We take care of the complexity in the background so you can focus on your analysis.
Interactive User Guidance System
When you enter a question, QInsights analyzes it and refines it to ensure that the AI-assistant understands it better.
For example, if you ask multiple questions at once, they are typically better processed as a so-called chain-of-thought prompt, where one task is completed before moving to the next. If we detect this, we automatically adjust your question to give the AI assistant clear instructions—so it’s never left guessing. The result? Better-quality answers without any extra effort from you.
In cases where your input is needed, a pop-up will suggest alternative wording for your question, and you can choose the version you prefer.
Grid Analysis – Customize the Summary Format
You can now customize the summary in Grid Analysis to suit your needs. For example, in the image below, the summary is brief. If you need a more detailed summary, simply click Customize and ask for it.
Want the answer in essay format instead of a list? Just request it. You can also choose to display an overview in a table format for better clarity.

Improved Interface
You’ll find small changes throughout the interface—subtle improvements that, together, enhance your workflow and navigation experience.
By the way, there’s nothing you need to do—the update is already live and ready for you to explore!
